How many types of real estate investors are there?

If you're seriously interested in knowing about the level of real estate investors. This informative article takes a closer look at things you need to know about real estate investors. As all people who involve with the real estate industry may know that enter to real estate business neither easy nor difficult and can either be a blessing or a curse.
Generally in real estate business, there are three levels of investors, which basically determined by the time and how long they have been in this real estate business.

Most of real estate investors could be categorized to fit in to these three levels. The fist level of investors is what almost every one start from and tries to find the way up to the next level. However, nobody can guarantee that every one who enter to the real estate business will be able to reach to the top level. However, it is not compulsory for anyone to go to the top level

Some body may satisfy with their status at level one or level two, which is fair enough that they know their own potential and what they can do the best.

Level one: We generally identify people who have just entered to real estate investing as “new comers” or “newbie”. The distinct characteristics of people who are in level one is they will always have their eyes open and willing to learn everything that considered will be very useful for them. They may have some basic knowledge of investing in real estate in business. The important thing that most of people in level one are really concern is they usually lack of confidence and sometimes not sure about their own potential, which really effect to their performance.

Level two: When those new comers or newbie have learnt and gained some essential skills of real estate investment. These investors have figured out what it takes to make a decent living in real estate. Now they have some actual income in the amount of which they are satisfy with (generally from thousands to ten thousand dollars per month. The level two real estate investors are also suppose to know almost all of the essential skill and experience in order to adapt themselves in to different and difficult circumstances. However, with the satisfactory level of income, most of level two investors may stop learning because they think that the money they earn can afford anything that they want. But the fact id there is another step further to the next level of real estate investors.

Level three: “The big dogs” is the general terms that use to describe people who are really become an expert and professional in real estate investment. These investors have mastered pretty much every aspect of real estate investment. They suppose to know all aspect of real estate investments and be able to guide or mentor other people about this business They easily make as much money as people who are in level2, but it comes in passively. They probably have to work only for about 1 day per month and making a lot of fortune. However, there still something to learn with how to survive in this business safely. There is no guaranteed that you can stay in this business forever, even though you are an expert because the business is very dynamic and always changed.
